Bill Thygeson

Group Chief Human Resources Officer, Ascot Group

  • William Thygeson is the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Ascot Group and serves on the Ascot Group Executive Committee. He is responsible for Group Human Capital strategies and all aspects of Human Capital Management: Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Diversity and Inclusion strategies, Employee Engagement and Culture, Data & Analytics, and Employee Communications. Bill joined Ascot from Everest Re Group Ltd, where he served as Chief Administrative Officer for the global Everest Insurance operation.

  • He has more than 25 years of Insurance, Finance, and Consulting experience including strategic leadership roles at Hamilton USA, AIG, MBNA Bank NA, and Andersen Consulting. Bill is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where he served as an Intelligence Officer. In addition to his work at Ascot, Bill serves at the Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of the Monmouth Medical Center Foundation. Bill received his Master’s in Business Administration from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from Lafayette College in Easton, PA.

 

Margaret Lazo

Chief Human Resources Officer, SitusAMC

  • As a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Margaret has extensive experience building contemporary Human Resources teams and functions at highly visible companies in transition. Throughout her career, she have been integrally involved in establishing business strategy and defining the organizational structures to accomplish it. 

 

Jamie Spaeth

Chief People Officer, Lantheus

  • Jamie Spaeth joined Lantheus as Chief People Officer in July 2024. Ms. Spaeth is an established human resources leader with significant experience building teams and organizations, cultivating talent, fostering company culture and driving employee engagement through HR and business strategy. Prior to Lantheus, Ms. Spaeth worked at Corium, Inc. where she served as the Chief People Officer leading the company through significant growth and successful transformation from clinical to commercial-stage, including the launch of two innovative neuroscience products. Prior to her time at Corium, she served in a variety of roles at Sage Therapeutics and Shire where she held senior level HR positions of increasing responsibility. During her almost twelve-year tenure at Shire Plc, Ms. Spaeth held various roles across HR, eventually becoming the Head of HR for US Commercial.
