McLean's Guide to Integrative Talent Management

Tuesday, August 28, at 1:00 PM ET | 10:00 AM PT

Webinar Summary

Talent management is foundational to employees and organizational success, yet organizations often struggle to successfully integrate their talent management portfolio. Programs like performance management and succession planning frequently operate in silos, leading to inefficient use of resources, duplication of effort, and a limited ability to strategically leverage talent.

With HR taking on additional strategic work alongside continued service delivery, capacity to effectively build or revise talent management programs remains a significant challenge.

Join us for this webinar, where our expert speakers will walk you through:

  • The different programs included in talent management and how they support employee development and the organizational strategy.
  • How to move your talent management initiatives from disconnected to aligned with business goals.
  • How workshops can reinforce strategic thinking and hands-on planning to advance your project timelines and foster skill development for your HR team.
