Webinar:

2022 HR Trends - Session #2

Thursday, January 20 at 1:00pm ET | 10:00am PT

Webinar Summary

2021 was a year of reactive solutions to new HR challenges, with efforts often lacking a strategic, long-term focus.

The labor market is more competitive than ever, and organizations like yours are struggling with attracting and retaining talented employees.

All of this means that as your role as an HR professional grows and expands in 2022, priorities and strategies will need to change to adapt to the new world of work. Among other things, this means a greater focus on wellbeing and the employee experience for HR as well as the broader organization.

Join us for our 2022 HR Trends Webinar where we will discuss the four key HR trends that will drive HR priorities in 2022:

Trend #1Recruitment & Retention
Trend #2: Adapting to a new world of work
Trend #3: DEI: After the tipping point
Trend #4: Skills in an age of change
