Gianna Driver

Chief Human Resources Officer, Exabeam

  • Gianna Driver is Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Exabeam, a global cybersecurity leader that adds intelligence to every IT and security stack. As CHRO, Driver manages the strategy and processes related to building, investing in, and retaining top talent at Exabeam, enabling employees to do their best work. She is responsible for architecting the company’s talent strategy, driving corporate culture and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and leading the global human resources function. Prior to Exabeam, Driver was the Chief People Officer at BlueVine, a private fin-tech company based in Redwood City, CA. Driver has also led HR and People functions in high-growth technology, gaming, consumer, and SaaS organizations including Playstudios, Aristocrat, Actian Corporation, Talend, and Balsam Brands. She is passionate about building high-performance cultures, establishing operational excellence, and creating joy at work. Driver is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

 

Jon Rickers

Chief People Officer, ABX

  • Jon is a senior human resources (HR) executive with 25 years of leadership experience helping organizations achieve its strategy, drive growth, and manage change through talent, HR, and culture initiatives. Prior to joining ABX as Chief People Officer, he served as the Chief Human Resource Officer for a $1.5B global manufacturer after leading their European division as an expat for 3 years.  Jon creates value for both employees and organizations by leveraging his expertise in talent strategy, process improvement, and employee experience.  Jon earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas Christian University (TCU), a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska, and an MBA from the Cox School of Management at Southern Methodist University (SMU). 

 

Bryce Ashcraft

Chief People Officer, Symphony Talent

  • As Chief People Officer, Bryce Ashcraft helps align Symphony Talent employees across teams in the U.S., the U.K. and India, focusing on providing employees with growth and enrichment opportunities. Bryce is a strategic and business-minded business partner with a passion and talent for building individuals, teams and organizations. Bryce uniquely navigates complex organizations and achieves optimal results due to his interpersonal skills and partnerships across functions and geographical boundaries. Bryce has nearly 20 years of experience as a strategic leader, including over a decade at tech companies. His roles have spanned the breadth of human resources and talent acquisition as Chief People Officer, Chief of Staff, and Vice President Global Human Resources. Bryce is an alumnus of the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, and California State University San Marcos.

  • Dana brings together executive and practitioner experience in Human Resources & Organizational Development roles spanning industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Distribution, Higher Education, Manufacturing, Public Utilities, and Sales & Marketing. She has worked for US-based organizations as well as global-based organizations in Europe and Japan. She is passionate about organizational culture, learning & development, and transformational leadership. Dana’s passion, coupled with her extensive experience, positions her as a driving force behind bringing out the best in people. She thrives in partnering with leaders to increase organizational effectiveness through vision, strategy, and tactical implementation.

  • Dana’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Leadership and Strategic Organizational Development from the University of La Verne, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Cal State University, Fullerton. Her educational foundation provides her with a deep understanding of leadership principles and strategic approaches to Human Resources & Organizational Development.

  • Dana is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management. Additionally, she is a Certified Strengths Coach with the Gallup Organization and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Motivational Coach. Dana is committed to making a difference in the field of Human Resources, working in partnership with other leaders to create positive change within organizations.

Elysca Fernandes

Director, Human Resources Research & Advisory Services, McLean & Company

  • Elysca Fernandes is a Director with McLean & Company's HR Research & Advisory Services team. She is passionate about building inclusive talent practices and identifying new ways of working, which she uses to create valuable insights in research and data analysis. Elysca's areas of focus include Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, enabling remote work, and HR technology.

  • Prior to her role at McLean & Company, Elysca worked in Talent Acquisition, staffing retail and technology roles, and working on high-volume recruitment projects for clients across industries. She facilitated HR seminars for undergraduate students at a leading Canadian university. Elysca also has experience conducting research in HR, organizational and social psychology, and consulting in the areas of D&I and Talent Management.

  • Elysca holds a Masters of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto where she built her knowledge of Research, International Labor Policy and HRM. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honors Psychology with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of Waterloo where she focused on Organizational Psychology. She is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association, previous HRPA Peel Mentoring Committee Member, and is currently working on her Canadian Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation.
