Scott Conklin

Chief Human Resources Officer, NTT DATA Business Solutions

  • Scott Conklin is Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer for NTT DATA Business Solutions. In this role, Mr. Conklin is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle in North America including recruiting, total rewards, talent management, and employee development.

  • Mr. Conklin’s career spans more than 23 years in consumer products and technology industries, with a focus on workforce management, organizational development, talent pipeline and human resources leadership. During his career he has held many senior-level management positions at companies such as Convergys, The Coca-Cola Company and Paycor. Mr. Conklin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Media Communications from Castleton University and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Communication, Learning & Design from Ithaca College.

  • Mr. Conklin lives with his wife and 3 children in Cincinnati, OH and is based out of our Cincinnati office.

 

Laura Granger

Vice President of Human Resourses, BakerRipley

  • In September 2024, Laura Granger joined BakerRipley’s executive team as the Vice President of Human Resourses. In this role, Laura is dedicated to fostering the growth of the executive team, spearheading a cultural transformation within the agency, and driving overall organizational development.

  • Laura brings a wealth of experience from her leadership roles at McDonald’s Corporation, Waste Management, and Jake’s Finer Foods. Her career began in South Africa, where she played a pivotal role in supporting McDonald’s expansion. In 2005, Laura relocated to the US and continued to excel in various HR leadership positions. 

 

Mike Jacobson

Senior Vice President of Human Resources, PBS

  • Mike Jacobson is the current Senior Vice President of Human Resources of PBS, responsible for leadership and management of all HR functions within the organization.

  • Prior to PBS, he served in a variety of HR leadership positions at TED, Visa, Wells Fargo and Advent Software.

  • Mike began his career as an educator, teaching high school mathematics and computer science. During his HR career, he spent nearly 10 years as an adjunct instructor at the University of San Francisco, where he taught graduate-level courses in organization development and educational technology.

  • Prior to joining McLean & Company as an Executive Counselor, Stacey held senior HR leadership roles across many diverse industries, including newspaper and magazine publishing, financial services, law enforcement, and municipal government.

 

Shalini Phillips

  • Shalini Phillips is an experienced Global CHRO with over 10 years of leadership expertise in transforming human resources strategies across mid-size companies (4,000 employees) to enterprise-level organizations (100,000+ employees). As a trusted advisor to CEOs and executive leadership teams, Shalini excels in aligning HR operations with business goals, driving organizational transformation, and fostering high-performing, inclusive cultures.

  • Shalini has led large-scale HR transformations in diverse industries, including healthcare, financial services, insurance, media, and consulting. She has guided companies through complex scaling challenges, culture shifts, and leadership development programs. Her expertise includes succession planning, executive coaching, and HR technology integration – ensuring that organizations are equipped for sustainable growth and leadership continuity.
