CHRO Panel:
Leading HR for a Global Workforce

Thursday, April 25, at 1:00 PM ET | 10:00 AM PT

Webinar Summary

It has become more common for an organization’s workforce to be spread across multiple countries and regions, driven by the rise in mergers and acquisitions, shifts in talent strategies, and the expansion of remote work. This trend introduces several complexities for HR program design and implementation including varying labor laws and regulations, language and communication norms, cultural standards, and resource availability. Join our panel of chief HR officers as they explore why a one-size-fits-all HR strategy does not effectively serve all employees across different regions.

Join our panelists for an in-depth discussion on:

  • Cultural considerations and nuances when leading HR with a geographically dispersed workforce.
  • Identifying where customization will have the most impact while considering internal and external factors.
  • Implementation and sustainment strategies for effective change management at the regional level.
