Terri Lewis

Chief People Officer, One Call

  • Terri Lewis is Chief People Officer for One Call’s 2,100+ employees. One Call has a 30-year track record as an industry leader in workers’ compensation services. Terri is responsible for creating the company’s overarching vision for culture and engagement, diversity and inclusion, and top talent acquisition and retention. She oversees HR service delivery, internal communications, employee relations, talent management, HR policies and programs, facilities, total rewards, and talent acquisition.

  • Terri has more than 25 years of experience. Prior to One Call, she served as senior vice president of global human resources for Pontoon Solutions where she is credited with creating a people-centric organization, attracting and developing world-class talent, and positioning the company as a leading ‘Great Place to Work.’ In addition to Pontoon, she has worked in organizations such as PSS World Medical, General Electric, International Paper, and Brambles Limited

 

Angela Cheng-Cimini

Former Chief Human Resources Officer, Harvard Business Publishing

  • Angela most recently served as the Senior Vice President, Talent & Chief Human Resources Officer for Harvard Business Publishing. In this role, Cheng-Cimini led the Human Resources and Facilities & Administration units, spearheaded efforts to develop a talent roadmap that supports the business strategy and created a deeply engaged and diverse workforce.

  • Angela brings 30 years of both generalist and specialist Human Resources experience, having worked across consumer product goods, professional services, and high-tech as well as nonprofits. She has shepherded businesses through start-up, growth, and maturity with key responsibility for helping organizations identify and build the necessary organizational capabilities. In addition to sitting on the Alumni Board of Directors for Cornell University, she is a member of CNBC’s Workforce Executive Council, a body of CHROs dedicated to advancing the practice of HR; serves as an HR Venture Advisor for SemperVirens, an early-stage venture fund that invests in technology transforming healthcare, work, and financial wellness; and serves as an advocate for the AAPI community for several nonprofits

  • Susanna Rothfuchs brings over 30 years of experience in HR to the Executive Advisor role at McLean & Company, where she supports and guides HR leaders to map out their HR strategy and prioritize HR initiatives that will have a measurable impact on the business.

  • Susanna brings together executive, consultant, and practitioner roles and has led both generalist and specialist HR teams in organizations ranging from 65 to over 70,000 employees across a number of industries including financial services, technology, and marketing communications and advertising. She is passionate about talent and the impact people have on organizations. She is a talent strategist, trusted advisor and coach to leaders who want to maximize their leadership and HR impact. Susanna believes in the importance of talent to help drive business results and meet goals. From strategy to project delivery, she looks for opportunities to increase organizational performance through improved HR and organizational development practices. She has a love of learning and helping others achieve their potential.

 

David McLean

Executive Counselor, McLean & Company

  • David McLean brings over 25 years of experience as an HR and business leader to his role as Executive Counselor at McLean & Company, where he supports and guides HR leaders to map out their HR strategy and prioritize HR initiatives that will have a measurable impact on the business.

  • David brings a diverse background to McLean & Company. His HR experience encompasses leadership roles in both the public and private sector, with expertise in organizational development, change leadership, organization culture, learning & development, HRIS implementation and HR strategy. His HR leadership experiences include holding the CHRO role for both a private and public sector organization. His industry experience spans the Transportation, Healthcare, and Higher Education sectors.
