  • Rocki Rockingham is an accomplished C-suite human resources, communications, community relations, public affairs, and marketing communications professional with over 30 years of domestic and international business experience. She is versatile with an excellent record of achievement as a strategic partner supporting business objectives in many successful companies. Rocki has proven expertise in managing through corporate acquisitions and turnarounds while leading through transformational change. She is a proactive provocative leader, innovative problem solver and global creative thinker known for providing influence and mentorship with individuals that cross both corporate, community and entrepreneurial worlds.

David Cooper

Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer, goeasy Ltd.

  • David Cooper brings over two decades of human resources leadership experience to his role as Executive Vice President & Chief People Officer at goeasy Ltd. Since joining the company in January 2015, he has been instrumental in shaping goeasy’s award-winning corporate culture, talent strategy, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Before joining goeasy, David held senior human resources and organizational development positions at Moneris Solutions Corp., where he served as Senior Director of HR and Organizational Development. He began his HR career at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), building a strong foundation in corporate HR strategy and operations.

Shamayne Braman

Chief People Officer, Sonos, Inc.

  • Shamayne Braman is Chief People Officer at Sonos and leads all aspects of HR for the
    company’s global People Team. She is responsible for driving organizational strategies that
    support Sonos’ people and culture goals, including recruitment, talent development, total
    rewards, diversity equity and inclusion.

  • Shamayne joined Sonos in 2021 as Chief Diversity Officer. Prior to joining Sonos, Shamayne
    held a number of HR roles at Thomson Reuters, HealthPartners, and most recently Target,
    where she was responsible for driving DEI strategy across Stores, Global Supply Chain, and
    Headquarters. Shamayne began her career in education as a Teach for America corps member.

Lori Schick

Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Aurora

  • Lori is a Human Resources executive known for developing high performing teams and mobilizing talent to advance the company vision, having spent over 20 years leading HR in international top-tier financial, retail, and hospitality industries. Lori has spent the majority of her career driving HR transformation and leading complex change initiatives.

  • In her role as EVP, Human Resources at Aurora, Lori leads a dedicated global team focused on growth, people experience, and innovation in a new and evolving industry.

  • Mardi brings decades of experience as an HR Executive to her role as Executive Counselor at McLean & Company, where she supports and guides CHROs to be strategic business partners in achieving organizational and professional success.

  • Prior to joining McLean & Company Mardi led Human Resources for high-profile, growth-oriented companies in sports, media, entertainment, hospitality, manufacturing, and high tech. As a member of senior executive teams, she participated in setting strategic organizational direction, ensuring goals were aligned to the company’s vision, values, and priorities. Mardi is passionate about creating and sustaining a best-in-class culture where employees can thrive and grow. She has extensive experience with organizations undergoing change, particularly through growth and acquisition, and oversaw a successful HR transformation in an organization that more than quadrupled its value in 15 years.
