Scott Conklin

Chief Human Resources Officer, NTT DATA Business Solutions

  • Scott Conklin is Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer for NTT DATA Business Solutions. In this role, Mr. Conklin is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle in North America including recruiting, total rewards, talent management, and employee development.

  • Mr. Conklin’s career spans more than 23 years in consumer products and technology industries, with a focus on workforce management, organizational development, talent pipeline and human resources leadership. During his career he has held many senior-level management positions at companies such as Convergys, The Coca-Cola Company and Paycor. Mr. Conklin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Media Communications from Castleton University and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Communication, Learning & Design from Ithaca College.

  • Mr. Conklin lives with his wife and 3 children in Cincinnati, OH and is based out of our Cincinnati office.

 

Julie Jenkins

Sr. Director People & Culture, BakerRipley

  • Julie Jenkins is an accomplished human resource and organizational development executive with experience in both the corporate Fortune 10  companies and the nonprofit space. By leveraging her leadership, organizational, analytical and communication skills, Ms. Jenkins has had a progressive career in consumer products, consulting, financial services, food service, office technology, and nonprofit environments. She prides herself in leveraging her expertise in diversity, change management and inclusion as the lens to talent management, talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and employee development.

  • Currently, as the senior director people & culture at BakerRipley, Ms. Jenkins leads a team dedicated to making BakerRipley an Employer of Choice through the strategic human capital management (People & Culture) functional pillars: talent management, HRIS, total rewards & recognition, learning & development, internal communications and diversity, engagement & inclusion.

 

Derry L. Moten

Director of the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Culture, EBMUD

  • Derry Moten is an Oakland native who joined EBMUD in 2014, with a diverse professional background that includes experiences in private industry, nonprofits, and public agencies. Through every role he has held, he has utilized his abilities to assist individuals in enhancing their talents and working together more efficiently to accomplish shared goals. Additionally, Derry is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, holds a bachelor's degree in workforce education and development, as well as a Master of Education degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Illinois.

  • With deep experience in several different industries including retail and manufacturing & transportation, Louis has supported and led teams ranging from 6,000 to 30,000 employees. He has deep expertise in talent management, change management, compliance, strategy and culture, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. His passion resides in developing others to achieve their career goals while also making a positive impact on business results and growth in the skills of team members.

Iqbal Ali

Executive Advisor, McLean & Company

  • Iqbal B. Ali is an organizational effectiveness professional that brings over 30 years of diverse experience to the Executive Advisor role at McLean & Company, where he supports and guides Human Resource leaders to craft their HR strategies and initiatives and, in turn, achieve lasting impacts on their careers and organizations.

  • Iqbal has been a member of three executive leadership teams. He has served as an HR leader in non-profits, social services, and privately held organizations in manufacturing, healthcare, and law enforcement. His experience has had a strong focus on employee engagement, labor relations, coaching, and leadership development, as well as broader human resources management. He has worked closely with several executive teams to guide culture and strategic goals.
