CHRO Panel:
Maximizing the Return on CHRO Time

How and Where HR Executives Should Be Placing Their Bets

Thursday, September 12, at 1:00 PM ET | 10:00 AM PT

Webinar Summary

With ever-increasing demands on HR organizations today, the CHRO must be able to find ways to maximize how and where they spend their time to drive value within their organizations. Their role is critical in shaping the organization’s culture, values, and overall success. By focusing on high impact activities and strategic initiatives, the CHRO can drive positive change, promote employee engagement, and ultimately contribute to the organization’s bottom line. Allocating resources efficiently and staying focused on achieving their key objectives enables CHROs to be more productive, credible, and influential in their roles as leaders within the organization.

Join our panelists and hear how these CHROs have succeeded in identifying and keeping a focus on what’s critically important in a rapidly evolving business landscape, including:

  • Building a mindset and a regular practice for prioritization and effective delegation.
  • Recognizing the importance of developing and leveraging relationships with internal and external partners, and vendor networks to maximize return on time and resources.
  • Leveraging data and analytics to improve decision-making and predict business outcomes.
