CHRO Panel: Strategies to Improve Prioritization Within HR

The Path to Reducing Burnout & Increasing Impact

Thursday, July 25, at 1:00 PM ET | 10:00 AM PT

Webinar Summary

Increased demands on HR make it challenging to deliver on competing priorities within the organization, increasing the risk of not delivering on goals and mandates. HR team members may feel burned out, stressed, or overextended – overwhelmed by a high volume of ad hoc requests. Senior HR executives must support their teams in deploying practical and effective prioritization strategies, ensuring the most critical work is delivered in a timely and effective manner while reducing the noise and minimizing burnout. Join our panel discussion and hear firsthand some of the lessons learned from senior HR executives who have positioned their teams for success.

Join our panelists for an in-depth discussion on:

  • Strategies and tactics that have been effective in prioritizing the most critical HR objectives and workload and how that focus influences business results.
  • Techniques to uncover signs of burnout related to the HR team’s workload and proactive prevention steps to take before team performance is negatively impacted.
  • Ways to effectively communicate HR's scope of work and strategic priorities to key players across the business.
