Webinar – CHRO Panel: Talent Retention

Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 1:00 PM ET | 10:00 AM PT

Webinar Summary

In the face of a looming recession, many organizations are feeling pressure to downsize while also experiencing an increase in voluntary turnover as low unemployment, a lack of skilled labor, and a rise in the number of vacant roles have given employees more employment choices.

Such regrettable turnover impacts organizational productivity and leads to significant costs from increased reorganization, recruitment, and retraining efforts. While many organizations attempt to increase engagement to improve retention, this approach doesn’t consider the whole problem and may mask the real reasons why individual employees chose to leave.

In this panel our senior HR executives will discuss:

  • The approach they are taking to identify key retention challenges.
  • Key themes and insights on the root causes of regrettable turnover in their organizations.
  • HR-owned and leader-driven initiatives that were prioritized for their retention plans.
