From Trauma to Trust:
HR's Role in Emotional Wellbeing

Thursday, August 14, at 1:00 PM ET | 10:00 AM PT

Webinar Summary

Emotions are a critical component of employee mental health and wellbeing, yet organizations are largely unaware of how to address and navigate emotions and symptoms of trauma in the workplace. A proactive approach to fostering a healthy emotional culture and becoming trauma-informed demonstrates the organization’s commitment to supporting wellbeing and building trust with employees. A failure to embed emotionally healthy and trauma-informed practices risks the psychological safety and wellbeing of employees across the organization, ultimately impacting how employees perform, how engaged and creative they are, and their commitment to the organization.

Join our analysts as they do a deep dive on how:

  • The complexities of trauma impact employee wellbeing and, therefore, the organization.
  • Emotions contribute to the emotional culture of the organization.
  • Organizations can implement practical tactics to be more trauma-informed and navigate emotions in the workplace.
