Claire Sears is the Manager of Learning & Development, Research & Advisory Services, at McLean & Company. She is responsible for leading the production of research-informed resources to support the development of HR professionals and people leaders. She is dedicated to providing hands-on, high-value tools for our clients.
Prior to joining McLean & Company, Claire worked for more than a decade as a corporate trainer and adult education leader in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. She built management toolkits, designed and executed a large train-the-trainer program, published research, and led many successful change management initiatives. She is an expert in all phases of the training cycle, including needs assessment, curriculum design, training delivery, and evaluation.
Claire holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Communications: Media, Culture, and Society from Brock University and an M.Ed in Adult Education and Community Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto.
