McLean’s Guide:
A Case for Leadership Development

Thursday, May 30, at 1:00 PM ET | 10:00 AM PT

Webinar Summary

Well-developed leadership skills are closely associated with organizational success.

According to McLean & Company’s 2024 HR Trends Report, when employees are highly proficient at leadership skills, the organization is 1.8x more likely to be high performing at shaping organizational culture. Yet, only 32% of survey respondents reported office workers as highly proficient in leadership skills, and even fewer respondents (24%) reported non-office workers as highly proficient in leadership skills.

More resources are needed to fill this gap, but how do we get an enthusiastic "yes" from our senior executives to invest in leadership development?

Join this webinar to hear our expert panel discuss:

  • What executives care about when it comes to investing in leadership development.
  • Innovative approaches to connecting leader development to bottom-line success.
  • What you can do to move leadership development forward in your organization.
