  • Leigh Caiger is Practice Lead, Learning Solutions, at McLean & Company. She leads the development and delivery of McLean & Company’s leadership development and strategic HR programs and coaching. She is passionate about delivering extraordinary experiences that support leaders and HR professionals in developing new skills and increasing their effectiveness.

  • Leigh brings over twenty years of experience from organizations across industries. Prior to this role, Leigh led McLean & Company’s Diagnostic Advisory practice where her team worked with leaders to identify meaningful insights from quantitative and qualitative data and develop plans to bring about change. Throughout her career, she has held roles in organizational development and human resources in both the public and private sectors.

  • She holds an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph and an Honours BA in Psychology from Queen’s University. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).

 

Lindsay Austin

Director, Learning Solutions, McLean & Company

  • Lindsay is Director, Learning Solutions, at McLean & Company. In her role, Lindsay drives organizational excellence through one-on-one coaching with leaders at all levels. She delivers authentic and effective leadership experiences through facilitating McLean & Company’s leadership and strategic HR development programs such as Management Fundamentals and Elevate HR. Lindsay uses passion and curiosity to get the best out of problems, processes, and people.

  • Prior to joining McLean & Company, Lindsay worked in the oil and gas sector in human resources leadership. Most recently she led and managed her own business as a coach and HR consultant.

  • Lindsay has a BA from Mount Royal University, a Graduate Coaching Certificate from Royal Roads University, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation through the International Coaching Federation.
