Hibah Ahmad

Senior Research Analyst, Learning Solutions Research Team

  • Hibah Ahmad is a Senior Research Analyst on the Learning Solutions Research team at McLean & Company, with a passion for leadership and employee development. With a comprehensive background in both research and implementing applied programs, Hibah focuses on translating data and theory into real life impact. 

  • Hibah has extensive research experience from working with the Human Resources Research & Advisory team at McLean, where she was responsible for advising clients on how to best apply practical research solutions and participated in the development of McLean & Company research. Before joining McLean & Company, Hibah gained experience in a variety of HR areas including learning & development and talent acquisition. She was involved in creating company-wide training programs on HR and workplace health & safety topics. She completed her Honors degree in psychology and received her Master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University in New York. Hibah combines her HR experience with her educational background in workplace psychology to allow her to better understand client challenges. 

Kelly Berte

Director, HR Research & Advisory Service

  • Kelly Berte is a Director, HR Research & Advisory Services, with McLean & Company. She brings energy to translating scientific concepts to real-world application for HR leaders, promoting human-centered change that helps organizations support their people to be at their best.

  • Prior to joining McLean & Company, Kelly worked in a variety of cross-functional HR roles, building her expertise in holistic wellbeing, engagement, change management, leadership development, and HR operations.

  • Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Promotion from the University of Iowa, as well as a Master of Science degree in Organization Development and Leadership from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.
