New hire survey data offers insight into an employee's experience from the moment they first interact with your organization as a candidate, to settling into their first few months in their new role. Their perspective can help your organization identify strengths and challenges that are impacting employee engagement and performance. However, new hire surveys are often implemented as a check-the-box activity. Feedback may be collected and reviewed but is often not shared across HR or with business leaders for analysis and action planning.
In this webinar we will discuss:
The importance of collecting new hire feedback.
The three steps for launching a survey and acting on data.
Case studies and real member experiences.
